A man in an acute medical ward is frustrated by being in hospital and wants to go home. Fed up by the continual questions he faces from the nursing staff.
TRYPTYCH comprises the three plays GUIDE ME, Â HAPPINESS & ISAAC – all inspired by the same piece of art.
All are available as individual short plays – though connected by the inspiration, they are completely independent of each other and may be performed in any combination, individually or together.
All three plays would form a good evening of drama.
An accessible version of Shakespeare’s play. Written in a straightforward language, it provides a condensed version of the play which may be suitable for younger audiences. The play contains 15 roles, but it may be performed with doubling with about 10 actors.
The great Hollywood star Orson Welles is in the twilight of his career but has found work advertising wine on television commercials. But the process takes its toll and as he films one commercial he finds himself remininscing about one of his favourite film roles and how much he identifies with him.
