COST OF SCRIPT

Each script is priced individually and your script will be sent to you usually within 24 hours of processing of the order

ALL SCRIPTS ARE DIGITAL – NO HARD COPIES AVAILABLE

This is a one-off payment for a script (in pdf format) and allows for the duplication of up to 10 copies only. It does not give permission to stage a performance of the play.

PANTOMIME & FULL LENGTH PLAYS

Prices as below according to theatre capacity – as from 1 JANUARY 2025

100 and under – £30 per performance

101-250 – £35 per performance

251-350 – £45 per performance

351 – 500 – £55 per performance

500+ – £70 per performance

Live Stream -£15

Online Posting – £10

ONE-ACT PLAYS & SHORT PLAYS (over 10 minutes in length)

These scripts are licensed at 50% of the the above prices – though some of the shorter plays will be less. Please enquire at theatreplays@proton.me

SKETCHES & PLAYS OF 10 MINUTES OR LESS

These scripts are licensed at 25% of the above prices. (except Online streaming or posting – see below)

VIDEO FEE

Performances may be videoed for a £25 one-off payment. Any filming of a performance is subject to the terms and conditions set out and to the payment of the licence fee via the application form.

IMPORTANT

A note on the use of non-original songs in Pantomimes and Plays

1. Where songs are suggested as part of a script, it is the duty of the performing company to request permission to perform it.

2. When a performing company adds a song of their choice to a script and wishes to use the original lyrics or their own written lyrics, it is the duty of the performing company to request permissions to perform it.
