Three elderly ladies meet in the same café each morning until the café announces it is closing down. Dolly attempts to interest the others in a new meeting place but Hetty is offered a council flat some miles away and Amy accepts a proposal of marriage. The end of the play shows a happy solution for all. ONE ACT PLAY
